What we collect
Only what you type into the estimate form: your name, phone number, and — if you continue past the first step — your email address, property address, property type, unit count, readiness date, the service you need, and any notes you add. The form also records which page you submitted from and the time of submission. We do not ask for payment details, Social Security numbers, or tenant information.
Where it goes
Every submission is saved to our private database (hosted by our website platform, not publicly readable) and emailed to info@ecobrightsolutions.com so we can call you back. Nothing else happens automatically.
How we use it
To contact you about your request, schedule the on-site walk, produce a written estimate, and keep a record of the job. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not send marketing newsletters from this form.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests are kept while we are quoting or working with you, and afterward for our own business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Deleting your information
Email info@ecobrightsolutions.com or call (215) 516-6992 and ask us to delete your information. Tell us the phone number or email you used so we can find the record. We will remove it from the database and confirm.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling. Our hosting platform may record basic, short-lived technical request data (such as the IP address a submission came from) to keep the form from being abused by bots.
