What we collect

What you enter in the estimate form: your name, phone number, property address and — if you continue — your email, the service you need, timeline, property details and any notes you add. You can also attach project photos if you choose; they are optional. The form records which page you submitted from, the time, and how you found the site (for example the referring site or an ad campaign tag). We do not ask for payment details or Social Security numbers.

The BrightWork walkthrough request form collects your name, role, company, email, phone, approximate unit count and any notes you add.

Where it goes

Estimate and BrightWork walkthrough requests are saved to our private database (hosted by our website platform, not publicly readable) and emailed to info@ecobrightsolutions.com so we can follow up. If you give an email address with an estimate request, we may also send you a confirmation email.

Photos you attach go to private storage that is not publicly viewable. Only EcoBright uses them, to understand and price the work.

How we use it

To contact you about your request, schedule the on-site walk, produce a written estimate, and keep a record of the job. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not send marketing newsletters from this form.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests are kept while we are quoting or working with you, and afterward for our own business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Deleting your information

Email info@ecobrightsolutions.com or call (215) 516-6992 and ask us to delete your information. Tell us the phone number or email you used so we can find the record. We will remove it from the database and confirm.

Cookies and tracking

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — for example which pages are viewed and when someone starts or sends the estimate form, taps to call, or opens BrightWork pages. Google Analytics uses cookies for this. We do not send your name, phone, email, address or project details to analytics. The site also keeps how you first arrived (such as a campaign tag) in your browser for the visit so it can be included with your request. Our hosting platform may record basic technical request data (such as an IP address) to keep the forms from being abused by bots.
