Everything described here — services, scopes, timelines — is general information. The only binding document is the written estimate we sign with you for a specific property.
Requesting an estimate
Submitting the form is a request, not an agreement. It costs nothing and obligates neither side. By submitting it you agree that EcoBright Solutions may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. Please give accurate contact details — we cannot quote a property we can't reach you about.
Pricing and scheduling
Prices and completion dates are set in the written estimate after a free on-site walk. Scope added later, or conditions that could not be seen during the walk, are quoted separately in writing before that work starts.
Licensing
Our license numbers are published in the site footer along with links to the public regulator lookups. Please verify them. Certificate of Insurance is issued on request before work begins.
