Water & Moisture Damage Repair.
After a leak, a burst supply line, or a long-running moisture problem, the property still has to be put back together. EcoBright handles the repair and rebuild phase — drywall and plaster, insulation, trim and base, flooring, painting, doors, and the fixtures that came out — once the source has been addressed and the appropriate drying and remediation steps have been determined. We are the licensed contractor that rebuilds the room, not an emergency restoration or mold-remediation firm.
For owners, landlords, and managers who have stopped the water and need one licensed contractor to repair and rebuild the affected areas on a fixed written price.

- 01Tell us what happened
Send photos and a short description — what leaked, when it was stopped, and who has been in the property so far. We review it before scheduling the walk.
- 02Walk the affected areas
We confirm the source has been addressed and that the appropriate drying or remediation steps have been determined, then measure what has to be rebuilt.
- 03Fixed written scope
One line-item scope and one number covering demolition, rebuild, finishes, and cleanup, with a completion date set before work begins.
- 04Rebuild and document
Our team handles drywall, trim, flooring, paint, and fixtures directly, cleans up daily, and hands back photo documentation of the finished work.
The scope, approvals, and before-and-after photos for the rebuild stay on one BrightWork OS record, so the documentation is assembled as the work happens.
No separate BrightWork OS software subscription or platform fee for eligible active EcoBright maintenance clients. Approved labor, materials, visits, subcontractor and specialty-trade work, permits, and other project charges are billed under the written estimate or service terms.
Water & Moisture Damage Repair FAQ.
- Do you find and stop the leak?
- We handle plumbing repairs that are within our scope, and during the walk we tell you plainly if the source needs a specialist before rebuild work makes sense. We do not start putting finishes back over an active leak.
- Do you do mold remediation?
- No. EcoBright is a repair and rebuild contractor, not a mold-remediation firm. If conditions suggest remediation is needed, we say so and work after the appropriate steps have been determined and completed by the right party.
- Can you work with my insurance carrier?
- We provide a clear written scope, line-item detail, and photo documentation that you can submit yourself. We do not negotiate claims or act on your behalf with a carrier or adjuster.
- How long does a rebuild take?
- It depends on how much was opened up and what finishes are involved. The specific completion date for your property is committed in the written estimate before we start rather than estimated over the phone.
- Can you do the work with the unit occupied?
- Often yes, depending on which rooms are affected. We contain the work area, keep the rest of the unit usable, and clean up at the end of each day. If a room cannot safely stay in use we tell you before scheduling.
