BrightWork OS workflow example
See BrightWork OS in Action.
From request to approval, scheduling, field service, and closeout—EcoBright coordinates every step while the owner approves what needs authorization.
Tenants or authorized site contacts submit work orders. Owners or managers approve repairs. EcoBright completes the authorized work and documents closeout.
Internal demonstration — no client data.
The example
Common-area light fixture and lens replacement
A facility contact reports failed lamps and damaged lenses in a common area. Existing fixtures, lamps, and lenses are replaced without modifying branch wiring; any wiring or circuit issue is routed to a licensed electrical contractor. The request, approval, visit, and closeout are documented in BrightWork OS and handled in one coordinated service visit.
