EcoBright Solutions handles property repairs, renovations, construction, and ongoing maintenance for residential owners, commercial property owners, and professionally managed buildings across Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. We built the company around one idea: fix the things that cost property owners money — vacancy days, failed inspections, open billing, and vendors who don’t show up.

Commercial property owners with build-outs, improvements, and multi-trade projects that need one coordinated scope. Each market has different pressures. A homeowner needs a renovation finished cleanly. A building owner needs a permitted project carried through inspection. A property manager needs documented completion across a portfolio. What they share is a date that costs money when it slips.
That’s the work we built the company around: one accountable point of contact, one written scope, and a fixed price for that scope. No hourly billing — and if work is added or changed, it is priced and approved in writing before we proceed.

Tony Maharaj is the owner and president of EcoBright Solutions. He brings 15+ years of trade experience and a union-trained plumbing background to the work.
Before building EcoBright in the Philadelphia area, he spent about four years in New York City building maintenance — the kind of work where occupied buildings, scheduling around residents, and documented completion are the daily standard.
That background is why every EcoBright job runs through one accountable point of contact. Where a specialty license is required — electrical, HVAC, or regulated plumbing — the work is performed by the appropriately licensed trade, coordinated by EcoBright.

Every scope is backwards-planned to your listing, tenant, or inspection date. We put the completion date in the estimate — if we can’t hit it, we don’t sign it.
One point of contact, one written scope
Paint, drywall, cleaning, hardware, and routine fixture replacement handled by our crew. Specialty electrical, HVAC, and regulated plumbing are performed by the appropriately licensed trade — EcoBright coordinates it and stays accountable for the outcome.

Nothing quoted blind. EcoBright walks the property, scopes and documents the work in writing, and maintains accountable field supervision through completion.
