EcoBright Solutions works for property managers, landlords, and homeowners across Philadelphia, Bucks, Delaware, and Montgomery counties. We built the company around one idea: fix the things that cost landlords money — vacancy days, failed inspections, open billing, and vendors who don't show up.
EcoBright started the way most trade companies do — one truck, one crew, one relentless focus on doing what we said we'd do. We began working turn-over units for a handful of Philadelphia landlords and property managers who were tired of chasing painters, cleaners, and handymen separately and still ending up with vacant units three weeks after move-out.
Since then we've grown into a full licensed contractor covering Philadelphia and the four surrounding counties, but the operating model is the same: one team, one point of contact, one fixed number, one completion date. We don't do hourly billing. We don't do change-order surprises. We don't walk off a job because a bigger one showed up.
Today EcoBright is the crew our clients call first when a tenant moves out, a Section 8 inspection fails, an L&I notice arrives, or a house needs to hit the MLS in ten days. That’s the work. That’s the promise.

PA HIC, Philadelphia Home Improvement, and Philadelphia Contractor licenses, plus general liability and workers' compensation coverage. Certificate of Insurance issued on request.
Every scope is backwards-planned to your listing, tenant, or inspection date. We put the completion date in the estimate — if we can't hit it, we don't sign it.
Paint, drywall, cleaning, hardware, minor plumbing and electrical — all handled in-house. No coordinating five vendors, no gaps where nobody owns the outcome.
Nothing quoted blind. The same set of eyes walks the property, writes the estimate, and stands on the site the day of the work.
