BrightWork OS

Property Maintenance. Simplified.

One EcoBright team manages maintenance from request to documented closeout. Tenants or occupants submit requests, the owner or authorized contact approves, EcoBright coordinates the work, and BrightWork OS documents the process.

  • Owners or authorized contacts approve the work before it begins.
  • EcoBright coordinates intake, tenant and occupant scheduling, field activity, updates, and closeout.
  • BrightWork OS documents the workflow — scope, approval, photos, and completion on one record.
  • No separate BrightWork OS platform fee for eligible active EcoBright maintenance clients.
  • Approved labor, materials, visits, and repairs remain billable under the written estimate or service terms.

Inspection and violation corrections

EcoBright Solutions is a licensed contractor — not a government agency or inspection authority. We perform the corrective work identified on an L&I violation notice, a Section 8 or rental inspection report, or a failed inspection list, and document the completed items with photos and a written record. The outcome of any reinspection remains with the issuing authority, and no reinspection result is guaranteed.

How it works

Five steps, start to handoff.

The same sequence on every job, whether it is a single unit or a building of them.

  1. Submit the property

Send the address, the situation, and the timeline you are working toward. Two minutes.

  2. Walkthrough & scope

We walk the property with you at no charge, review the condition, and define exactly what the work includes.

  3. Estimate & approval

You receive a written scope with a fixed price and a completion date. The calendar is booked once you approve it.

  4. Coordinated work

One accountable EcoBright point of contact. EcoBright performs the in-scope work and coordinates appropriately licensed specialty contractors when they are required — no vendor chasing on your end.

  5. Final photos & handoff

Completed work is documented with photos and a written record, and the property is ready for what comes next.

Step one takes about two minutes.

Why owners and managers hire us

Licensed, priced in writing, and scheduled to a date.

Permitted work has to be performed by a licensed contractor — including pulling the permit itself. Where a job crosses into permit territory, the license is what keeps the work moving instead of stalling.

01

Licensed and insured

A licensed Philadelphia contractor — three contractor credentials and records, each publicly verifiable through the issuing regulator. Certificate of Insurance issued on request before work begins.

02

Fixed written pricing

Every scope is walked and priced in writing first. The number you approve is the number you are billed — never an open hourly clock.

03

Scope changes are re-quoted

If the scope changes once work is underway, we stop, issue an updated written estimate, and wait for your approval before the additional work proceeds.

04

Schedules built backward

The timeline is built backward from your listing date, tenant move-in, or inspection deadline — then written into the estimate.

Three contractor credentials and records. Each one is public.

Check them through the issuing regulator before you hire anyone — including us.
